Very good condition in a good dustwrapper.
Green cloth with gilt and black titles. Gilt vignette of fox head to front board. Colour and b/w plates. The Wayside and Woodland Series. Some wear to cover edges and corners. Name in ink to front endpaper. Some foxing. Wrapper has large tear to spine (almost torn in half); browned to spine; small pieces of loss to top of spine.

SIGNED by the author and the artist. Copy no. 188. Spine and corners are slightly bumped. Cream covers are ever so slightly grubby (hardly noticeable). Foxing throughout else contents clean.
