Front joint is broken with bindings exposed. First section of book weak with a couple of pages detached. First folding plan is creased and torn, repaired with brown tape to verso. Some pages reinserted with tape. Scattered foxing. Folding map at rear is torn and repaired to verso with brown sticky paper.
