Slightly better than good condition. Also contains: The Golden Touch by Nathaniel Hawthorne; Ten Pieces of Gold by Mrs. Craik; The Golden Apples of Lough Erne told from traditional sources. Blue cloth, gilt titles. Colour plates, 4 by Rountree to the first story.

Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Covers are grubby and marked. Endpapers browned with small bookseller's label to front pastedown. A couple of hinges cracked. Some marks and fingermarks to contents but generally clean.
