Part I: Medieval; Part II: Sub-Medieval; Part III: Renaissance. Red cloth. B/w photos and numerous line drawings. Part I: 1st 1951; Part II: 1st 1953; Part III: 1st 1954. Boards clean, part I slightly faded to spine. Endpapers browned. Else contents clean. Pictorial dustwrappers are a little scuffed and a little grubby and marked, corenrs worn, slight loss to lower front edge of part III, part I is price-cut. A decent set.
