Cloth spine, red pictorial front cover shows two rosy-cheeked children reading. 10.5 x 8.5". Illustrated endpapers. Seven sections, Letterland, Numberland, Homeland, Tableland, Playland, Gardenland and Slumberland. Colour illustrations throughout. Some bumping and wear to spine and corners. A few tiny marks to covers. Some light browning to endpapers. Just an odd fingermark to contents. Colours still lovely and bright.

Good condition.
Stories and rhymes of our railways by Blyton. Pictorial boards. B/w and red, black and white text illustrations. Binding is a little fragile in that the joints are cracked and staples have been pulled making contents a bit loose. There is chipping to the title-strip with some loss. Contents are browned but generally clean. A decent copy of a very scarce item.
