Edited, with an introduction by Richard Le Gallienne. Green cloth, dark green titles and decorations. B/w illustrations. Page edges untrimmed. lxxxiv and 427 pages plus The Anglers' Calendar complied by HI Regan to rear. Cloth edges of spine split. Boards unevenly faded to rear and a little grubby. Top & tail of spine and corners worn. Endpapers and text block browned. Front endpaper has been removed. Name in ink to half-title page. A few grubby marks and fox-spots to contents.

A few foxspots and some light fingermarks to page margins. A couple of corner tips creased. Contents generally bright and clean.

Tissue-guard for frontis has been removed.

Some light fingermarks to margins of first few pages. A nice copy.

Dustwrapper is price-cut by publisher (with 'new' price sticker), is very slightly edge rubbed, lightly foxed and very lightly browned to spine (it is a nice dustwrapper!).
