American Edition. Blue cloth with dark red title to spine and vignette to front cover. B/w illustrations. Some damp marks to covers, bumping to corners and spine. Damp marks to bottom page margins of pages (wrinkled). Wrapper is edge-torn and marked, with some loss to base of spine and a few corners.
