A "King of the Commandos" adventure. Blue cloth, black titles. B/w pictures. 4 b/w plates. 189 pages. Spine slightly bumped and spotted. Inscription in pencil to front free-endpaper. Foxing to endpapers and textblock. Dustwrapper is edge worn with tear to top of spine (but only very minimal loss to spine and corners).

A 'King of the Commandos' Adventure. A desperate treasure hunt in siamese jungle, which began harmlessly enough as a fishing holiday in the Highlands of Scotland. Gimlet and 'Cub' Peters lead an expedition to vindicate a dead man's faith. Green cloth, colour frontis. 8 b/w illustrations. Light bumping to top of spine (minor). A few minor foxspots mainly to text block. Pictorial dustwrapper is edge-rubbed and worn with a few small chips and tears.
