Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. Yellow cloth, green titles and vignette. Blue and green pictorial endpapers. B/w illustrations. 153 pages.
Spine bumped. Pastedowns are faded (normal fault in this title) and there is some light foxing to the endpapers. A few light corner creases and a few light spots to page margins. Dustwrapper is just a little edge rubbed, very minimal loss to base of spine. Comes with a hand-written letter by Enid Blyton SIGNED in her married name (second marriage) - E. Darrell Waters. The letter rejects a job applicant and is dated February 1946.
