Good condition. Red cloth spine. Pictorial front board shows boy and girl pulling a girl (with teddy bear) in a sledge (plate is duplicated inside). 288 pages. Colour plates mounted on green paper, b/w illustrations throughout. First story is "The Golden Passports" by Lee.

Covers are edge worn. Spine has been rebacked with red cloth. There is a section of surface paper missing to lower corner of rear cover. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Name plate to verso of frontis. Tiny booksellers sticker to rear pastedown. Page corner tips are creased and there is some light fingering to page margins.
