Foxing to endpapers and textblock. Dustwrapper is edge worn, faded to spine and has a sticker covering the price on front flap ('help spastics').

Full burgundy leather bindings with gilt titles and decoration. Small bookplates to front pastedowns. Some scuffing to leather, with a little surface loss on board edges of the North Wales volume. Plate for Brecon Church (p.262, South Wales) is detached, and plate at p.260 is partially detached. Partial cracking to front joint of South Wales volume. All plates present.
