Coffee (?) stain to top edge of text block (not awful). Some pencil annotation to margins (a line highlighting a paragraph), Rear pastedown map has pencil writing in margins. Else contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper has a couplle of small edge-chips and is grubby, rear panel is creased, small tear to top edge.
