B/w illustrations. American Edition. ISBN: 0718115597. Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Foxing to outer page edges. Contained in a UK dustwrapper (Michael Joseph pub.), that is edge-creased with browning to rear panel and has some damp staining.
Green cloth spine, pictorial front board. Colour & b/w illustrations. Covers are scuffed with ink marks; ink writing to rear cover. Contents are still ery good.
