Written by Chris Barber.
Stock no. 1826981
Published by Blorenge Books. 1st 1998. Slightly better than very good condition in a slightly better than very good dustwrapper.

Owain Glyndwr was born of noble ancestry and the greatest living representative of the royal house of Wales. A man ahead of his time with a political vision of a free Wales, with an independent senate, universities in the south and the north, to train Welshmen to the service of Wales, a Welsh Church independent of England and himself as the ruling prince. By 1410 Owain had become a hunted outlaw after suffering a series of defeats and disappeared into the mists of time to be remembered as a Welsh patriot whose exploits were comparable to those of the mighty King Arthur. Green cloth boards, gilt titles. B/w photos and illustrations. ISBN: 187273006X. SIGNED with personal dedication to front endpaper. Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is lightly scuffed.
