Pale green cloth covers with dark green titles to spine. 2 colour plates plus numerous b/w illustrations. 119 pages. Published for the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds. Spine bumped and worn with very split to top edge. Corners worn. Covers a bit grubby. Front joint is partially broken between frontis and title page. Rear joint starting to crack. Name in ink to front endpaper. Crease and small edge tear to page 85/86. Small brown spot to lower edge of text block affects bottom edge of a few pages. A little foxing.
