This most peculiar mystery was made up by four children to entertain Uncle Bob. Cream boards, red title to spine. B/w and two-tone illustrations. Spine and corners a little bumped. Light foxing to endpapers and page edges otherwise contents are in very good condition. Dust wrapper is a little edge worn with a couple of small tears. Rear panel and flap slightly grubby. A few brown marks to verso.

Pictorial dustwrapper is edge worn and creased with small areas of loss. Rear panel is grubby. White labels have been stuck on verso of wrapper at top and bottom of spine and top of rear panel / flap.
