Very good condition in a fair dustwrapper. Red boards, black titles and vignette to front. Colour frontis. B/w illustrations. The case of the pirate U-Boat.

Second impression. Spine and corners bumped. Pale mark to front cover. Name in ink to front pastedown and name and address in two different inks to endpaper. Red '8' to top corner of front endpaper. Endpapers are browned. There is foxing to the contents and a musty smell. Dustwrapper is edge chipped with sections of loss, tears to rear fold and grubby to rear panel. Wrapper is foxed.
