Purple boards with large pictorial onlay to front (scene showing schoolboys talking to a teacher). Blue cloth spine. Colour plates, b/w illustrations throughout. First story is "The Merchants' Cup" by Bone. Spine bumped, corners slightly worn. Fading to cover edges and to spine. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. endpapers partly browned. Plates loose, some with slightly ragged edges. Heavy foxing to contents.
