Very good condition. Second Edition. 8 volume encyclopedia set for youngsters. General Editor is Poole, Associate Editor is Blyton. Volumes are large format with brown cloth and gilt titles. Each volume has colour plates and b/w photos. Volume 8 contains the index.
A little edge wear to spine and corners on all volumes. Front cover of Vol 4 has white marks, looks like paper has been stuck to it at some stage. Rear cover of Vol 5 has circular mark 1" across. An odd mark to other covers. Detatchable bird plate Vol 8 is stained. Edge of detachable wild flower plate in Vol 4 is creased. All plates are present and all models are working. Overall volumes are in very good condition. A nice set.
