The very first Noddy book, in which Big-Ears discovers the little nodding man who has run away from Old Man Carver and takes him back to Toyland. Red pictorial covers with rounded spine. 61 pages. 7.5 x 5.5". Spine and corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Endpapers partly browned. Some light browning to textblock and some light marks to page margins. A couple of hinges slightly cracked. Dustwrapper is edge torn with magic tape repairs on verso, small peice torn and missing from top edge of front panel.

Areas of loss to top and bottom of spine and to top of front panel and bottom of rear panel. Wrapper is grubby.

Ink marks to front panel and flap. Foxing to verso. Wrapper is generally grubby
