Benjamin Bunny and his cousin Flopsy are the parents of six young rabbits called simply the Flopsy Bunnies. The story concerns how the Flopsy Bunnies, while raiding a rubbish heap of rotting vegetables, fall asleep and are captured by Mr. McGregor who places them in a sack. Cream boards with triangular pictorial onlay and red titles. 5.5 x 4" approx. 59 pages. Boards grubby. Edges of boards rubbed & worn at corners and top & tail of spine. Text block lightly browned. A few marks to contents.

Green boards, white lettering. Pictorial onlay to front cover. Colour illustrations. 84 numbered pages. Spine and corners bumped and worn. Looks like spine may have been professionally repaired(?). Some browning to spine and top edges. Some surface paper damage to lower margins of pages 16 & 17 and also rear endpapers. Else contents clean. This copy would make a wonderful gift.
