Slightly better than very good condition. De-Luxe edition, Limited to 500 copies. 40 exquisite tissue-guarded colour plates, mounted on brown card. 38 tales and legends collected from many sources. Green leather binding, with raised bands to spine. Lovely gilt titles, borders and vignettes. Hand made paper endpapers.

It's possible that this de-luxe edition has been rebound into green leather - as this has endpapers that match the (later) storage box. Foxing to some pages. Box is in excellent condition - just some light wear to edges. A beautiful copy of this de-luxe edition! This copy would make a wonderful gift.
