Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
Red cloth with gilt title to spine. B/w illustrations. A tale of detection and high adventure for boys and girls. Small knocks to top and tail of spine. Couple of corners are bumped. Foxing to endpapers and outer page edges. Wrapper is edge-creased with a few tears and chips; small chips of loss; some marks and foxing.

Dustwrapper is just a little edge rubbed and ever so slightly grubby.
