Decorated cream boards. B/w decorations chapter headers and illustrations. Tenth Printing. Spines very lightly faded (not really noticeable). Tail of spine of 'Persuasion' is bumped. Else a lovely set contained in publisher's slipcase which has a few light scuffs.

Thirty-six poems chosen by Leonard Clark. Green boards, silver title to spine. B/w illustrations. 39 numbered pages. Small mark to front edge of spine. Spine very slightly bumped. Foxing else contents clean. Pale blue pictorial wrapper is edge worn, foed and faded to spine and folds. Small damp stains to front fold.

Blue cloth, gilt title to spine. Grey and dark pink decorated endpapers. 255 numbered pages. B/w illustrations. Minimal rubbing to spine and corners. Some foxing to textblock and top edge of textblock a little dusty. Dustwrapper is foxed on verso, is slightly edge chipped with minimal loss and has a large tear to rear panel. There is a message from the publisher on the colophon page stating "the first impression of this edition of Cranford was published in 1940, and most of it was destroyed by enemy action".

Spine slightly bumped, slight rubbing to spine and corners. Tiny booksellers sticker to front pastedown. Endpapers are browned. Light foxing to textblock and top edge of textblock slightly dusty. Dustwrapper is chipped at edges with minimal loss and some loss to top of spine. Wrapper is slightly browned to spine and rear panel edges.
