Second edition (published same year as first edition). Blue boards, gilt title to spine. 632 pages. ISBN: 0903754479. One page has a tiny piece of text highlighted in yellow, no other annotation marks. Spine and corners bumped. Dustwrapper is slightly creased at edges and is slightly grubby to rear panel (with the remains of a sticky label).
