In two parts, South and North. With map and plan. Spine and corners bumped and scuffed. Inscription to front endpaper. Folding map for South region is creased, with tear at edge but no loss. Map for North Devon has a large tear but no loss. A couple of internal hinges are pulled. Endpapers browned.

New endpapers, which now have some browning/foxing. Original pages internally have foxing and some damp marking; chipping to edges of some pages.
