Textblock is slightly grubby and there are some grubby fingermarks to page margins but contents generally clean. Chipped and torn wrapper is grubby and has loss to spine and corners and also sticky white label repairs on verso.

Hinges cracked. Foxing to contents. A nice copy of the first edition. This copy would make a wonderful gift.
