The original edition of this book was published early in the war but destroyed by enemy action. The artist has coloured the plates for this edition. Cream cloth, green titles. Each page printed in a different colour. Quite irresistable! Cr 4to. Unpaginated. Bumping and browning to top and tail of spine and corners. Some grubby margin marks and foxspots. Wrapper is edge-torn, creased and grubby, with loss to top and tail of spine and along edges.
