Laminated boards - front cover shows Rupert on a rock waving a camera. 1st story Rupert and the Dover Sole. Magic Painting pages. 114 pages. 10 x 7 inches. Spine and corners bumped, wear to top and tail of spine. No names but price-cut. Hinge between pages 28 & 29 is split. There are biro scribbles to a number of the pages (not too major - text still readable). The magic paintings have been neatly completed.
Colour pictorial glazed boards - Rupert climbing into a cave with a bucket and spade. 1st story Rupert and the Gomnies. 115 pages. 10 x 7inches. Spine and corners are still sharp. No names but price-cut. Binding error in that title-page and first text page have been trimmed vertically a little more than the other pages. Contents appear unread.
Very large format (14 x 10"). Pictorial paperwraps showing Miss Muffet with cobweb and spider. Colour illustrations throughout. SIGNED by Cecil Aldin on small piece of white paper which has been tipped onto the title-page. Cover edges are slightly worn, splits to spine. There is some loss to the top edge of the rear cover. Some light stains and creases to covers. Some light fingermarks to page margins and some light foxspots but generally contents are clean.
