Almost very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
Wayside and Woodland series. Blue cloth boards, black titles and vignette to front board lower corner. Colour plates. Boards a little spotted and browned. Base of spine shelf-worn. Name & address in ink and bookplate to front endpaper. Foxing mainly to prelims and text block. Contents are generally clean. Price-cut pictorial dustwrapper is browned, edge-worn with a few small chips, a bit grubby.

Damp staining to base of spine and to side of corresponding edges and pages internally. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Browning and foxing to endpapers and outer page edges. Wrapper is price-cut with heavy browning/fading to covers; edge-tears with chips and small pieces of loss; some marks; creased.
