Good condition. Comprising a topographical description of the several counties of Anglesey, Caernarvon, Denbigh, Flint, Merioneth, and Montgomery. To which is prefixed a review of the History of Britain from the Roman period to the Saxon Heptarchy. Interspersed with notes biographical and explanatory. Large format. Two volumes, leather spine & corners, three raised bands to spine, gilt title to label to spine. Marbled paper boards. B/w plates.

Volume II binding appears to be a more modern binding than volume I. Both volumes expertly repaired, volume I has contemporary notes bound in at front. Some paper repair also. Address stamp to volume I title page (small). Foxing and dampstaining affecting plates as well as text mainly to volume II. Marbled paper boards of volume I are scuffed. Bindings of both volumes are nice and tight.
