Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. Green boards, silver title to spine. 6 b/w illustrations. 255 pages.

Spine very slightly bumped and browned, very light vertical crease to centre of spine. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Endpapers partly browned. Foxing to textblock. Flying Jacket wrapper is price-cut, slightly edge chipped with a couple of small tears and foxing on verso. Small patch of surface paper damage to base of wrapper spine.

Biggles is sent to find out if he is really dead and if not, to get him back. Erich von Stalhein, head of the local police, is at the hotel checking the names of the guests and is surprised to encounter two of his old foes.
