Blue Cloth, gilt title to spine. 8 Colour illustrations and other b/w illustrations throughout. Written in Play format. Spine and corners bumped, slight fading at edges. Endpapers browned. Dustwrapper is edge worn, chipped with slight loss, slightly grubby on rear panel and lightly foxed on verso.

Cream pictorial boards. Colour illustrations throughout. History in rhyme. Spine and corners bumped and worn. 1" loss to base of spine and very slight loss at top. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Some foxing and some fingering to contents. Dustwrapper is worn with loss at edges, grubby and foxed.

The text of the First Folio, with Quarto insertions Edited and amended where obscure by Herbert Farjeon. Limited to 1950 copies. Foxing to spine. Bumping and wear, with a little chipping to corners. Foxing to outer page edges.
