Red boards, black titles. 4 colour plates. B/w illustrations. 128 pages. 6.5 x 5". John O'London's Children's Library. Spine and corners bumped and rubbed. Browning to title page and to last page of text. Some light foxing to page margins otherwise contents clean. Page 23/24 is creased. Dustwrapper is edge worn with some small tears and slight loss to top and bottom of spine. Spine is rubbed and rear panel marked. Tape to join between spine and rear panel on verso possibly covering a large tear.
