Almost very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. Brown cloth, gilt titles to front cover and spine. A book of poetry. Small format. Enid Blyton's second book.

Inscribed by author (not signed); inscription says: 'Kathleen - With all good wishes & much love from The Author. L oF L.E. Xmas 1923'. Some uneven fading and wear to covers. Corners are bumped. Foxing to endpapers, outer page edges and some page margins. Wrapper is edge-torn and chipped, with a few small pieces of loss; some repairs to verso and some wrapper pieces 'filled-in' behind original. One couple of inch piece of loss to bottom of rear panel of wrapper.
