FIVE ON KIRRIN ISLAND AGAIN
by Enid Blyton
Illustrated by Eileen Soper
Published by Hodder & Stoughton. 1947
Almost very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. Maroon textured boards, gilt title to spine, dark blue pictorial endpapers. Colour frontis, two-tone illustrations.
Reprint in same year as first edition. Frontis and front panel of wrapper still show the telescope the wrong way round! Some fading and marks to covers, browning to outer page edges, else the book is still very good indeed! Wrapper is grubby to rear panel; edge-torn and chipped with a bit of loss and some creasing.
