Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. This is the Five's 12th adventure, where they spend the summer at Tremannon Farm, with it's mysterious deserted tower by the sea and the forgotten secret of the Wreckers way. Red boards with black lettering. Blue/black endpapers. B/w and two-tone illustrations throughout. 191 pages.
Spine and corners bumped. Inscription in ink to verso of front free-endpaper. Foxing to first few and last few pages and to textblock. LATER dustwrapper (price 8/6 or 42.5p) is edge worn and lightly browned on verso. Ink tick marks to the title list on rear flap of wrapper.
