Almost very good condition. Large, very heavy format. 11.25 x 9". Brown textured boards with gilt titles and vignettes. Contains Grimms' Fairy Tales and Andersen's Fairy Tales Parts 1 and 2. 16 colour plates. Numerous b/w text illustrations.

Spine bumped and worn. 2" split in cloth to top of spine. Corners bumped and worn. Both joints cracked showing webbing beneath. Diagonal creasing to prelims. Endpapers browned. Foxing to page edges and some pages, particularly prelims and last few pages of text. Small margin tear to one plate.
