Large format. Green cloth boards, gilt titles. Colour & b/w photos and illustrations. 152 pages including index. ISBN: 1873513291. SIGNED by the authors and two contributors to verso of free front endpaper (no dedication). Rear board a little grubby. Lower corners of boards very slightly bumped, worn. '95/200' written in ink to front endpaper. Contents clean.
