Slightly better than very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. Green pictorial textured card wraps. Pictorial endpapers. Delightful colour illustrations plus b/w pictures to paint. Captions at bottom of pages and blank pages in between.
Corners very slightly worn with 0.5" crack at top of spine. one very very faint mark to rear cover else covers are exceptionally clean. Endpapers and most of the pictures have been beautifully completed in watercolour. If it wasn't for the fact that the previous owner has written their initials in pencil on the pictures they've painted, it would be difficult to tell which are the originals! This copy has been protected by its original glassine dustwrapper which has a few small holes to spine with slight loss at top, also slightly chipped lower edge. Overall this is a superb copy of a scarce book and exceptionally rare in dustwrapper.
