DAWN, DUSK AND DEER

by Arthur Cadman

Illustrated by C.F. Tunnicliffe

Published by Country Life Limited. 1st. 1966

Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. In Great Britain there are four main species of feral deer - Red, Roe, Fallow and Sika, in addition there are two minor species - Muntjac and Chinese water deer. This book tells us how to look for deer and identify them. A fascinating mixture of facts about deer and reminiscences of the author covering many years' experience of them. Blue boards, black title to spine. Superb b/w illustrations. 138 pages.

Horizontal edge of boards lightly rubbed and lightly browned. Minor foxing to text block and endpapers. Front endpaper is just a little grubby. Hinges are pulled but binding is tight. Pictorial dustwrapper has a 1" closed tear to top edge of rear panel, and is edge-worrn.
