Almost very good condition in a slightly better than good dustwrapper. On the day before term starts the ceiling falls down at Cherrytree. Where the girls to live? They move to the Hydro and meet Lennox Kirkland the new Senior whose father is trying to develop a new building site. What with that and helping to unravel the mystery of the dying fir trees Sally is kept very busy. Red boards, black title to spine. B/w illustrations. 224 pages.

Small black mark to rear cover. Pale browning to endpapers. Foxing to page edges and prelims otherwise contents are clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn with small tears and a little loss to top of spine and front fold. Brown tape mark to front flap. Rear panel is foxed and grubby. Damp mark to bottom of front panel and flap. Heavy foxing to verso.
