Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. Green boards, brown titles to spine and front board. Colour frontis. 213 pages.

Bumping to spine. Four small spots to front cover. Foxing and a couple of scratch marks to text block. Small light stain near centre of front joint. Contents clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn and chipped with small tear to top edge of rear panel. White paper has been stuck to verso to strengthen and repair top and bottom of spine and folds. Scratch to rear panel. Grubby in places.

Soon the fingers of William George Bunter were at work and this time thefamilar operation brought not only the usual painful consequences but some surprising ones as well as it led to Bunter to a mysterious benefactor who promised to provide him, for the Easter hols with a caravan and horse and a never ending supply of free scrog.
  • Briefly Bunter was popular as the Famous Five eagerly agreed to join him. However under his stubborn and often misguided leadership they soon wished they hadn't as Bunter's plans went alarmingly astray.
