Good condition in a very good dustwrapper. Second Edition. Burgundy cloth boards, silver title to spine. From the earliest times to the Civil War. B/w illustrations.

Extensive surface paper loss from pastedowns caused by removal of sellotape. Tape marks to endpapers and rear dustwrapper flap. Red, white & black dustwrapper is slightly faded to spine and a little grubby to rear panel.
