Beige cloth boards, dark brown titles and vignettes with yellow circle behind them. Small format. 8 delightful colour plates and b/w illustrations. viii and 56 pages. Boards browned and bumped at edges. A few scattered foxspots.

Cream paper boards, gilt titles and vignettes to front. 56 pages. 8 colour plates (including title-page). Top edge gilt, others untrimmed. Spine and corners bumped, corners worn. Some page browning but generally contents clean. Some marking to rear cover.

Stiff card wraps covered with green suade. Gilt title to spine. 16 tipped-in colour plates. The story of a tailor in Dalkeith. 355 pages plus adverts. Spine browned, suade is a little scuffed and overlaps the card boards at edges. Approximately 1cm loss of suade at top of spine with a couple of edge tears. inscription to half-title page. Contents very good indeed, all plates persent.
With a preface by E.B.Simpson. Cloth spine, grey boards with gilt titles and vignette. 8 tipped-in colour plates with tissue guards and mounted on pale green paper (each plate is 3.25 x 2.25"). 91 pages. Top edge gilt, others untrimmed. Spine browned. Corners worn. Covers grubby. Front and rear joints just starting to crack.
