Green cloth spine. Pictorial front board shows Bonzo holding onto a firework rocket, with the moon smiling in the background. Spine and corners bumped and rubbed. Board edges are rubbed. Name and address in ink to belongs to box. Name in ink to front endpaper. Name & numbers in pencil to front pastedown. Partially erased doodle to rear endpaper. Few light marks otherwise contents are clean.

Large format (29 x 25.5cm). Brown cloth spine, blue pictorial boards - front shows black silhouettes of Jack and Jill (dog and cat) in front of full white moon. Cream pictorial endpapers. 24 short chapters each with a colour plate. Book has been rebacked, with original spine and endpapers laid down. Some scuffing to covers; with marks. Bumping to cover edges. Foxing and some grubby marks.

MR BUMSTEAD

Mr Bumstead is a spaniel, with a gift for getting into scrapes. Red boards, blue title and black vignette to spine. B/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped. A few foxspots and a light stain to edge of textblock. Dustwrapper is edge chipped and rubbed with minimal loss and is a little grubby on rear panel.

GETTING TO KNOW DOGS

All the necessary information and guidance for the boy or girl who is bent on acquiring the best friend and comrade a human can have outside his own kind. Beige cloth, green titles. Beautiful colour and b/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped and rubbed. Covers a little faded at edges. Top edges are a little foxed. Inscription to front endpaper. A little foxing to endpapers otherwise contents are clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn and creased with several tears. Small piece missing from spine which is browned. Panels are grubby. Couple of tape repairs to verso plus a couple of white labels at spine, one which covers the missing piece.
