This is a book about all sorts of puppy dogs and their games and sports. It may serve to amuse you, but should it fail, well, this is only a puppy dog's tale. Pictorial green cloth. B/w text and full page colour illustrations. Spine and corners bumped. Front cover lightly marked, rear cover has white vertical stain. Foxing to contents. It is possible that the endpapers have been professionally replaced.

Light grey cloth with dark titles to spine and front. Not a collection of lovely ladies but a collection of even lovelier dogs! 20 superb full-page sketches depicting models the artists has known in various doggy poses. 80 pages. Wonderful! A little bumping to spine and corners. Spine is lightly browned. Light foxing to covers. Rear joint cracked. One plate detached. Foxing throughout. Light browning to endpapers. Dustwrapper is edge worn with loss to top and bottom of spine sn top of both panels. Browning to spine and panels, Some marks to spine.

A mischievous puppy gets in to all sorts of trouble! Spine bumped and worn. Corners worn, and outside edge of rear cover very worn and bumped. Some loss of paper cover from rear board, approx. 2 x 0.5", creasing alongside. Scratches to onlay. Covers a bit grubby. Ink inscription to front pastedown. Diagram of door drawn in pencil to verso of frontis. Foxing throughout plus an odd mark.

A little darkening to some cover edges. Presentation plate to front endpaper. Contents clean. Price-cut dustwrapper is edge worn with a few chips and tears. Larger tear down rear edge of spine into rear panel. Very little loss. Wrapper is heavily foxed on both sides.

Brown cloth, dark brown titles. A selection of verses which have appeared in 'Punch', all of which are about dogs. Twelve colour plates plus frontis plus b/w illustrations. 47 pages. A little bumping and wear to spine and corners. Some darkening to edges. Some light browning, foxing is mainly to prelims and page edges. Just an odd mark to contents. All plates present. Dustwrapper has one third of rear panel and half of rear flap missing, also loss from spine and bottom of front panel. Creasing and tears to edges, grubby some some darkening.
