2nd edition. 447 pages. 54 b/w plates. Three-quarter dark blue leather binding, green cloth boards, gilt title to spine. 4 raised bands to spine. Marbled endpapers. Boards marked, leather binding worn and scuffed, spine faded to brown. Joints repaired with matching green cloth. Very few grubby marks to contents. All plates present, one plate marked, others may have light page browning and light foxing. Pages 213 to 218 have a tiny ink stain to corner.
