New Naturalist Monograph series no. 17. Green cloth, gilt title to spine. Colour frontis, 6 b/w photos plus line drawings and diagrams. Small knocks to base of spine. Browning to half-title page and outer page edges, which are also foxed. Wrapper is browned to spine and has closed tear to top; with a few small chips and nicks along edges.

Names and dates in ink to front endpapers. Wrappers are both browned with foxing and marks. Some tears and chips; a bit of loss.

Wood effect covers, what appears to be a leather spine. 12 leaves of card with mounted pressed plant specimens. The accompanying captions are in Hebrew, German, French and English. Some scuffing and wear to spine. Browning and some foxing throughout. Inscriptions in ink to verso of front endpaper. Pressed flowers appear very good still; a couple of the tissue-guards have come loose, but still present. A lovely item!

Green cloth boards, gilt title to spine, blind design to spine & boards. 74 colour plates. Cloth boards lightly bubbled, a few stains, lightly browned, rubbed at edges. Board corners bumped and worn. Text block browned. Front endpapers grubby and creased. Name in ink to front fly. Rear endpapers also grubby & creased, small chip to vertical edge, rear joint cracked. Hinges are pulled but binding is tight. All 74 plates present. Light foxing and browning to contents.
