Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
Blue cloth with black titles. Colour frontis and 8 other illustrations. The first post-war Biggles story. 2nd impression. Spine bumped and slightly rubbed. Browning to endpapers, textblock foxed. Dustwrapper is edge worn with tear to front fold and slightly grubby to rear panel.

Inscription in ink to front pastedown. A couple of transfer stickers stuck to front free-endpaper. Endpapers and textblock foxed. Dustwrapper has loss at base of spine (onto rear panel) and slight edge chipping.
